Returns / Exchanges In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase we will accept returns for an exchange or a full refund up to 14 days after the order date on all non personalised products. The products will need to be returned in the same condition as you received them and must be unused.
Any defects or problems with the product need to be notified to Just Candles within 7 days. It is the purchaser responsibility to pay the return postage unless the item is faulty..
We are unable to accept returns on personalised products unless there has been a mistake from your original requirements by Just Candles. In which case we are happy to exchange the order without charge and refund any return postage costs involved in the return of the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
