Delivery and Returns

For non-personalised Items in stock we ship next business day for all orders received before 2pm

A great deal of care and attention goes into our personalised range, for this reason, on these items you can expect them to be dispatched up to 7 business days after we receive the order. Some personalised items may require a proof to be agreed before we can ship.

Prices are subject to change and is a guide only, actual cost depends on size of the packaging as well as weight.

Currently we only deliver to the UK  but if you require a delivery outside of the UK then please contact us and we will quote you on the delivery.

Returns / Exchanges

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase we will accept returns for an exchange or a full refund up to 14 days after the order date on all non personalised products. The products will need to be returned in the same condition as you received them and must be unused.

Any defects or problems with the product need to be notified to Just Candles within 7 days. It is the purchaser responsibility to pay the return postage unless the item is faulty..

We are unable to accept returns on personalised products unless there has been a mistake from your original requirements by Just Candles In which case we are happy to exchange the order without charge and refund any return postage costs involved in the return of the order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
